Here at Rejoice Toys, we believe that honesty is the best policy. We strive to design a generous, fair and transparent store policy for our customers. Read the following sections to find out more about how we ship or exchange products. What You Need to Know

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed on Friday after 12pm AEST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please choose the correct shipping options for the products chosen. 

Please note that our AVDAR Activity Gym standard shipping rates ranges from AUD65 - AUD250 depending on areas for delivery. 

Please note that bulky items shipping is covered with standard basic transit warranty of $100, please contact us separately for a quote for extra insurance if preferred. 

Please note that additional shipping charges may be incurred should the shipping cost is higher than anticipated due to fluctuations of costs with shipping couriers.

Unfortunately Rejoice Toys is not responsible or liable for any loss and/or damages incurred to the products during transit.


COVID-19 Shipping Information

Due to the current Covid-19 Pandemic, there may be some unpredictable delays and changes outside of our control. We endeavour to keep you updated if there is any changes affecting your order.




Change of Mind

We would hope that you will come to love our products, but if for any reason you are unsatisfied with our products or changed your mind, please contact us within 7 days and arrange for it to be returned in its unopened and unused form and in its original packaging. After inspection of the returned product, we will then process your refund or exchange. 

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 
- Items removed from original packaging 

If your order was delivered with free shipping, please note that refund will be processed with shipping costs deducted. 


Due to the nature of pre-orders, any change of mind cancellation will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Please kindly understand that delivery times are a guide only and is subjected to change and delays according to the current climate. Be assured that we will try our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Delivered pre-order items can not be returned or refunded, please consider before order.


Faulty or Damaged Product

We aim to be faultless and will check every order before it is sent to you. But if we made a mistake or product has been found to be faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we will endeavour to arrange for an exchange of product or refund.
